Technology tamed and beating to the sound of your drum! This is not an out of the box solution, our engineers will sit down with you and discuss your exact requirements.

Our proactive approach to installing allows us to set your system up alongside your existing handsets, allowing a seamless switchover.  In addition to this will provide a brand-new broadband to avoid any loss of service which can be caused by migrating an existing service

Our package includes full maintenance cover and offers unlimited remote diagnostics and support, unlimited on-site call outs for faults and unlimited replacement of faulty equipment.

 As with anything new, it’s imperative that you understand the system so you can utilise it correctly.  This is why our engineers will take time to sit with you and all of your staff, ensuring you are familiar with all of the important functions of your system and it’s working exactly as you need.

 We carry out face to face account reviews starting 6 weeks after your installation.  Naturally you will forget some bits, so this is a good time for our first visit to carry out refresher training and ensure everything is working as you like.

We have Engineers that can install your phone system via WhatsApp. If you have any questions or technical issues you can either call the office or bypass & reach out directly to your engineer.
